Are you looking for a challenge? Do you want the opportunity to help a large company transition to an Agile approach? I am working with a large Technology firm based in Surrey that is currently looking for a Scrum Master to help them make a transition from a Waterfall practice to Agile. So you could be involved in playing a part in helping this transition go smoothly.

Your role as Scrum Master:

As a Scrum Master, you will be leading the daily Scrum and be involved in planning sprints. This will involve supporting your colleagues to adopt an Agile, user-centred and collaborative way of working so that your team will consistently deliver reliable and secure technology. This will mean that you will be involved in coaching, mentoring and motivating two Scrum Squads. You will be helping the team to make effective decisions by coaching various team members that may have conflicting opinions.

A suitable candidate will be:

  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Experienced in Scrum Environment
  • Experienced in transitioning from Waterfall to Agile practices
  • An ability to protect the Scrum team from external influences
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, TDD and BDD
  • Experience in use of collaboration and technical tools such as Slack, Confluence and Jira
