HR Advisor - Chester/Remote - £27.75 per hour umbrella - CONTRACT (Contract)

Location: Remote/Chester Country: UK Rate: £27.75 per hour umbrella
 

We are recruiting for an HR Advisor on contract to work for a leading Defence organisation. The role will be based 3 days per week in their Chester offices and 2 remotely.

  • Strong IT/Data analytics skills. We want to take our reporting methods to the next level, to drive evidence-based actions.
  • Previous experience in HR, ideally in one or several of the following activities: HR legal, payroll, HR analyst, digital, recruitment or learning.
  • Deep understanding of HR policies, processes & systems.
  • Autonomy & Adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google-suite (esp. Excel).
  • Proactive mind-set and ability to anticipate, address business issues and offer solutions to managers.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, teamwork and networking abilities, ability to convince, to negotiate & to take initiative.
  • Customer orientation & responsiveness, with a solution mindset.
  • Building & Managing Relationships capability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness & empathy.
  • Experienced in a HR role, such as a HR Officer or HR Administrator.
  • Would suit someone with a few years' experience in HR - flexible on the industry/background.
  • Doesn't need to be CIPD qualified but would be desirable.
