Senior IT BA/PM Role - Clearing Derivatives Technology

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to join a leading global bank's Futures and OTC Clearing Technology team. This high-impact role will be responsible for driving complex projects to build out and maintain the bank's next-generation clearing platforms.

Essential Skills:

  • OTC and exchange-traded derivatives product knowledge
  • Expertise with Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, and JIRA
  • Strong technical skills to support complex data analysis
  • Knowledge of finance flows and regulatory space around the products
  • BA/PM experience with front-to-back trading systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Proven experience writing requirements and managing end-to-end delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Flexibility to work across global teams and time zones
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
  • Capital markets experience or interest to become a subject matter expert

The ideal candidate will have clearing and derivatives technology experience, with a focus on front-to-back systems. This is a hybrid role based in London, with the opportunity to work on a large-scale, multi-year transformation project with a team of 400+ professionals.
