IT Support Engineer (Permanent)

Location: Nottingham Country: UK Rate: £23-27k

IT Support Engineer required for my client based in Nottingham for a permanent role paying £23-27k plus excellent benefits.

This is a multi-site organisation who are looking to expand their IT presence in the Midlands. There may be a requirement to travel to other sites in the northern region but this is fairly rare.

You will be working a 35 hour week covering the hours of 8am - 6pm on a flexible rota basis.

You will be part of an IT team but the single point of contact in Nottingham and have the support of an outsourced company for 1st line issues and fellow IT staff based out of London.

For the first 2-3 weeks of the role you will be required to work out of London (fully expensed) to receive training.

You will be required to support users face to face and remotely on:

MS Office

Active Directory

Office 365

Other related technologies

You will need knowledge of ITIL.
