The opportunity

Reporting to our Regional Training and Support Manager, we have a unique hybrid role for a Bilingual (English/French) Software Trainer and Support Analyst at our Saffron Hills location. You will be joining a global group with teams in London, Paris, Houston and Toronto. You will play a critical role on our helpdesk, responding to end user queries on our different global products - ARGUS: Enterprise, Developer, Taliance, EstateMaster, Voyanta, Data Exchange - and grow into a classroom Trainer role delivering courses on how to use and engage with our solutions.

Our new Bilingual Technical Support Analyst and Software Trainer will:

- Support customers. You will identify, analyse, and solve problems affecting customer's software, providing timely, intelligent, and professional responses to customer calls and emails. You will work closely with global departments such as Sales and Development, to grow an understanding of our products and collaborate on solutions to queries raised by our clients.
- Support training. You will work closely with other trainers to develop an understanding of our clients' needs, the methods we follow as trainers, and how to manage sessions.
- Train. You will deliver informal and formal training at client sites, and in our offices throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will interact with clients to help them understand our products, increase their engagement, and answer any questions.

So, how do we know you are the next Bilingual Technical Support Analyst and Software Trainer? You have:

- The education and experience. You have a Bachelor's degree and a strong mathematical and finance background that may include analysing cash flow data. You have an understanding of software installation and troubleshooting.
- The analytical approach. You enjoy solving complex problems, learning-on-the-go, researching options, and creating innovative solutions.
- The outstanding communication skills in English and French. You are concise, on point, and effective. You can confidently make presentations and create documentation. You can relay and translate complex requirements and technical details clearly across the team. You have strong tech-to-non-tech translations skills. You find personal and professional satisfaction working with customers and providing support.
- The flexibility. You have a valid passport, and you are willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

- A phone interview discussing your interest in the role, the team's culture and how you can grow in this role.
- An online aptitude test to assess your basic skills.
- An in-person interview and math assessment with the London-based Regional Support and Training Manager (the Hiring Manager) to talk further about your interest in training and support. It is an opportunity for you to get to know the manager you would be working for.
