My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Employee Experience & Wellbeing Lead on a Permanent basis.
You will be responsible for crafting innovative strategies and overseeing the execution of projects that enhance employee engagement.

- Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Lead the creation, execution, and continuous refinement of the Council's DE&I strategy, programs, and events
- Project manage the external sourcing of SBCs occupational health contract and Employee Assistance Programme
- Serve as the primary architect of employee experience and engagement across the Council
- Assume responsibility for the development and leadership of the Council's holistic employee wellbeing strategy
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Educated to RQF level 6 (bachelor's degree) or equivalent by experience
- Strong, adaptable leadership showing resilience
- Local Authority experience is essential
