IT | VP of Engineering | £700-800 per day | 6 months | Remote

I'm working with a fast-growing, highly operational start-up that are looking for a VP of Engineering on an interim basis.

You'll drive the adoption of AI driven development with a clear product roadmap in place and be responsible for leading, scaling and reshaping the engineering function which is ~30 engineers (plus a dedicated IT function).

This role will suit someone who:
Has extensive startup experience
‍ Moves fast and enjoys fast paced environments
Is still technically hands-on or who understands code
Is comfortable reshaping teams, making tough calls, and hiring at speed.
Has real experience operating in AI-first engineering environments

Whist the client is open happy to consider remote work (UK) they would appreciate candidates to come to London once per week.
