Temporary Packing Operative

Location: Livingston
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am to 3:30pm, Friday 7am to 1pm

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Packing Operative to join a busy and well-established operation based in Livingston. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Packing and dispatching UK and export orders

• Ensuring packaging is suitable for the chosen transport method

• Processing all dispatches through the internal system to meet required deadlines

• Ensuring all shipment paperwork is accurate and complete

• Loading and unloading containers

• Assisting with the put-away of incoming stock and deliveries

What We Are Looking For

• Previous packing or warehouse experience would be beneficial

• A forklift licence would be helpful, although not essential

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work to deadlines

• A reliable and proactive approach to work
