Lead Solution Architect - CCaaS

Working with our central government client, we need a Lead Solution Architect to design an end-to-end solution for customer journeys across government (discovery, Alpha, beta and live phases).

Architecture frameworks are still being developed, so you will help shape the foundations for the programme.

This is a hands-on role, owning the end-to-end solution, providing technical explorations, unlock delivery challenges and modernise Legacy platforms to a cloud/API architecture for front line services.

Skills needed:

• CCaaS and CRM
• Commercial acumen - navigating contractual frameworks
• Setting technical visions and business case for transformation (benefits, risks, cost of ownership etc)
• Modernising Legacy estates to Cloud/API led architectures
• Integration patterns (event-driven, REST/GraphQL, messaging etc)
• Privacy by design (GDPR and data protection)
