IT Support Analyst

An IT Support Analyst is required for a permanent position based in Epsom, providing 1st and 2nd Line support for secure IT networks. The role requires an IT Support Analyst with 6 months + experience of 1st Line or 1st and 2nd Line Support, providing telephone based technical support to users. You will be working with a team of users working on Security Cleared projects and therefore will be required to be eligible to pass security clearance yourself.

For this role you will be customer focused, striving for 100% customer satisfaction, be confident providing IT support over the telephone, able to manage incidents according to defined SLAs and ensure adherence to incident and request guidelines. You will be working in an ITIL environment and if you have experience of this or certification this would be a plus.
