Head of UX/UI Design (Permanent)

Location: Leopardstown Country: Ireland
 

Head of UX/UI Design

Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a growing team based in Dublin, and lead delivery of UX/UI, user research and service design. Working with Ireland-based R&D and Development, you will be right at the heart of the technology and decision-making for this global technology organisation.

You will work closely with engineering, product management, product marketing, senior executives and key stakeholders to ensure the team goes successfully from research, to early stage concepts, user testing, to launch and repeat using established end-to-end processes. You will also be responsible for the strategy, OKRs and KPIs as well as scaling up the team to double in size to 30+ staff in the coming years.

Qualifications/Skills needed:

  • 10-15 years experience in UX/UI Design
  • Proven track record managing and growing teams of 10 or more
  • Well-honed communication skills and commercial awareness.
  • A natural and passionate leader of people, resources and ideas.
