Regulatory Reporting Consultant - LIMERICK
Gibbs Hybrid is looking for an accomplished Regulatory Reporting Consultant to support onsite with a client in Limerick. Hybrid working available - 3 days a week onsite. 12month initial contract role.
* Responsible to provide unrivalled client satisfaction and continuously improve the department's performance to clients (internal and external) year on year as part of the Regulatory Reporting team
* Provides leadership and guidance to staff, in both onshore and offshore locations, fostering an environment which encourages participation, teamwork, and communication.
* Cultivates and maintains working relationships with relationship managers to ensure client account activity are meeting client needs.
* Assist the team with the development of procedures for the running of Regulatory Reporting with an emphasis on ensuring that the solutions are being run in the most efficient way
ESSENTIAL:
* Previous Regulatory reporting support
* Client services/client engagement
* Think 'outside of the box' when designing or proposing solutions, to help arrive at the most transferrable, simplistic and flexible solution.
* Fund Administration/Regulatory/Finance operational background an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
* Contributes, promotes, and adopts new ideas and approaches.
* Confident, well-balanced and resilient, displays drive and energy directed to the achievement of well-defined goals
* Planning and organisation skills demonstrating best use of resources.
* Ability to review and resolve complex issues against challenging deadlines.
* Experience of representing businesses to current clients via presentations.
* Experience of managing teams and delegating responsibility.
* Results-oriented, ambitious, highly driven.
* Enthusiasm to improve company performance and systems.
* Excellent IT skills especially Microsoft Excel
