Senior Planner Dublin (Residential) Tier 1 Contractor The Opportunity A leading Tier 1 Contractor is continuing to expand its residential delivery capability in Dublin and is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support major residential projects from pre-construction through delivery. Key Responsibilities Programme & Reporting Prepare contract and project programmes for residential developments. Produce monthly progress reports highlighting risks and opportunities. Monitor progress trends, outputs, and resource performance across projects. Planning Strategy & Project Support Complete all planning and scheduling requirements for tenders and live contracts. Collaborate closely with project teams on programme-related activities. Execute short- to medium-term planning reviews to mitigate programme risk. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Develop strong relationships with project teams, consultants, and supply chain. Challenge programmes and explore alternative construction sequencing to improve outcomes. Requirements Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, or related discipline. 5+ years industry experience in a planning or scheduling role. Proven experience planning residential construction projects. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential). Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Salary & Package Senior Planner salary range: 85,000 105,000 DOE Company vehicle or car allowance. Relocation allowance where applicable. Pension, life insurance, and income protection.
