Case Assessor (Contract)

Location: Dublin Country: Ireland Rate: Competitive hourly rate
 

Your new company

You will be working as a Case Assessor with one of the country's leading commercial businesses offering a range of corporate and personal banking services. This role has a hybrid structure but would be primarily based in Dublin with an option to work on the north side or the south side of the city. There is also an option to work from Co. Limerick if preferred.

Your new role

As a banking Credit Assessor you would be working on the resolution team where the objective is to support the customer in coming to a solution to their Mortgage repayment. This would be an administrative role as you are managing cases however you will need to have good phone call communication skills as you will be required to make outbound calls to the customers to discuss repayment options and check in on progress. The goal would be help the customers come to a resolution and get back on track.

What you'll need to succeed

  • As you will be providing Financial advice you will need to be APA'd in Loans and Regulations to apply.
  • This role will involve handling the cases of customers going through financial difficulty so an ideal candidate would have strong communication skills to include good listening skills and an ability to empathise and gain relevant information to understand the customer's situation in order to meet the end goal of closing the case.
  • The successful candidate will be able to meet deadlines and have good time management skills.
  • Ideally you will be based in Dublin or Limerick and be looking for a opportunity to progress within the banking sector.
