IT Contracts Analyst (Permanent)
Location: Dublin Country: Ireland Rate: Depending On Experience
What you'll be working on
As an IT Contracts Analyst, your role involves supporting the day-to-day management, administration, change management, and monitoring of critical IT-managed service contracts with third-party suppliers. You'll collaborate with the IT Contracts Performance Manager to ensure that these suppliers meet service level agreements, adhere to financial budgets, and provide value for the organisation. Additionally, you'll review and contribute input to any contract changes.Who you'll be working for

1. Desirable Experience:
o Supporting internal and external audits.
o Handling third-party IT managed services.
2. Education and Accreditation:
o Relevant third-level qualification or accreditation.
3. Industry Experience:
o A minimum of 3 years' experience in utilities or related industries.
4. Management Skills:
o Experience managing teams.
o Strong people, change management, and conflict resolution abilities.
5. Effective Communication and Collaboration:
o Developing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
o Proven track record in addressing complex issues proactively and communicating information effectively.
