Planner Dublin Construction We are currently partnering with a leading Contractor who are active across the UK and Europe. Demonstrating success in an array of sectors including but not limited to, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Energy and many more. Due to continued success, they are looking to further strengthen their team with an experienced Planner in Dublin. Responsibilities Project Programme Development: Prepare, update, and maintain detailed construction programmes for a range of projects, ensuring alignment with design, procurement, and site delivery requirements. Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress against the baseline programme, identify delays or deviations, and produce clear progress reports, dashboards, and schedule updates for project teams and senior stakeholders. Planning Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, and subcontractors to gather accurate planning data, assess project constraints, and support effective decision-making. Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Identify programme risks, opportunities, and critical path impacts; contribute to mitigation strategies and scenario analysis to maintain project performance. Programme Controls & Compliance: Support the implementation of planning procedures, ensure adherence to industry standards and client requirements, and assist in the development of planning best practices across multiple projects. Requirements Must have 5+ years in a planner role focusing on construction projects Successful candidate must have a solid Building background Must be based within a commutable distance of Dublin Benefits 70,000 - 75,000 DOE + Package
