Design Manager Dublin Tier 1 Contractor The Opportunity A leading Tier 1 Contractor is continuing to expand its Dublin project portfolio and is seeking an experienced Design Manager to play a key role in the delivery of complex commercial and residential schemes. Key Responsibilities Design & Technical Coordination Coordinate architectural and engineering information with site teams. Manage setting-out with emphasis on buildability and coordination. Coordinate utilities and services between MEP engineers and utility providers. Information & Programme Management Prepare and manage the Schedule of Information Requirements. Issue information schedules to consultants in line with programme. Monitor progress and highlight risks or delays. Technical Submittals & Procurement Manage technical submittals and maintain tracking systems. Prepare procurement tracking schedules based on approved submittals. Support cost approvals where relevant. Project Support Manage technical queries and ensure proper tracking and resolution. Provide regular updates to the Project Manager. Requirements 10+ years industry experience as a Design Manager on commercial and/or residential projects. Degree-qualified in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline. Previous Tier 1 or main contractor experience preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and ability to work to tight deadlines. Salary & Package Design Manager salary range: 85,000 115,000 DOE Company vehicle or car allowance. Relocation allowance where applicable. Pension, life insurance, and income protection.
