Senior Quantity Surveyor Dublin Tier 1 Contractor The Opportunity A leading Tier 1 Contractor is continuing to expand its Dublin operations and is seeking experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join major live projects across the region. The role offers strong commercial exposure from pre-contract through to final account, involvement in complex residential and commercial schemes, and the opportunity to mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, interim, and final valuations. Submit applications for payment and reconcile valuations, costs, and contract positions. Support accurate cash flow forecasting and reporting. Work closely with procurement to place and manage subcontract packages. Review contract documentation and identify risks or anomalies. Prepare, submit, and agree interim and final accounts. Complete detailed take-offs to support estimating and planning. Maintain accurate records of contractual events and delays. Manage and mentor junior members of the commercial team. Requirements 7+ years commercial experience, ideally with a Tier 1 or large main contractor. Experience across construction and/or civil engineering projects. Chartered or working towards chartership (SCSI preferred). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. High level of commercial awareness with excellent IT capability. Salary & Package Salary 95,000 115,000 DOE Company vehicle or car allowance. Relocation allowance where applicable.
