SAP S4 Test Manager

*SAP S/4HANA Test Manager -Remote- India*

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing activities for large SAP transformation programs and rollouts.

The role is fully remote and it's a 6-12-month contract with extension possibilities.

Role details:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA testing activities across multiple workstreams
• Define and implement the overall SAP testing strategy for implementations and rollouts
• Manage all testing phases: Unit, Integration, System, Regression, and UAT
• Coordinate testing efforts across internal teams and external vendors
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional specifications
• Oversee defect management, including logging, tracking, prioritization, and resolution
• Ensure strong testing governance, quality standards, and adherence to timelines
• Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and test metrics to leadership
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders for validation and sign-off
• Manage offshore/onshore testing teams and resource allocation effectively
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to provide overlap with EST hours (up to ~12:30 AM IST)
