Description:
We are looking for a qualified Technical Account Manager to oversee and address our customers' technical needs. Proving technical service & ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Technical Account Manager, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals.
Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product, and business knowledge to support the customer journey and strengthen customer relationships.
The Role:
- Manage accounts - supporting post-sales processes.
- Oversee your accounts for trends and health.
- Value-based account management - make sure our customers enjoy top features.
- Address all product-related queries in timely manor.
- Educate customers to use products effectively.
- Provide Product/R&D with customers' feedback to help identify potential new features or products.
- Analyzecustomers' needs and build mitigation plans with added features to meet their requirements.
- Establish best practices.
Requirements:
- Solid tech background with cybersecurity experience.
- Data-driven with high analytical skills.
- With cybersecurity startup experience - a huge advantage.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager/Sales Engineer/Product Manager (outbound)/Project Manager - 3+ years of experience.
- International experience with security vendors.
- Ability to grasp customers' needs & suggest timely solutions.
- English speaking.
