Consultant - Compliance & Regulatory Readiness - DORA vacancy for our Luxemburg based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Conduct gap analyses and develop remediation roadmaps for financial institutions
• Prepare for supervisory reviews and audits related to CSSF circulars and DORA
• Translate complex regulatory texts into actionable IT policies and procedures
• Design and implement regulatory compliant workflows and processes
• Coordinate threat-led penetration testing between internal teams, external testers, and regulators

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven history of helping financial institutions achieve compliance with CSSF circulars and DORA
• Understanding of technical control mapping to regulatory requirements
• Experience in creating and implementing KPIs aligned with regulations
• Familiarity with ICT risk management frameworks and incident reporting procedures
• Language skills: English

• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
