A Dutch speaking Business Analyst (Building Management) urgently required for exciting contract in Schiphol

The Dutch speaking Business Analyst (Building Management) will be Responsible for the following:

Working on analysis, improvement and development of the asset management and business process, and you support the Product Owner in translating into a functional wish list. You link that to the team in terms of content.

Your process knowledge, affinity with data and building management systems must be able to translate into process improvements and link to dashboards with actionable insights for operations and asset management.

The Dutch speaking Business Analyst (Building Management) will ideally have the following skills and expertise:

Analysis of the total performance of the building management system, starting from the KPIs in the area of Customer, Cost & Compliance, making use of different source data. Provide periodic reports, analyses and advice.
The development of business analysis tools on behalf of the business.
Connection with project digital airport, validation processes, execution of business impact analyses.
Advising the Smart Terminal Stakeholder Team on an operational, tactical and strategic level.
Make improvement proposals proactively based on data.
Where necessary, specific performance of specific analyses and research for the purpose of optimizing the building management process and energy optimization.
Making the required data available for management.
