Service Desk Agent - Hilversum/Tillburg (Contract)

Service Desk Agent | Hilversum or Tilburg, Netherlands | 6 months contract (extendable) | Dutch Speaking

I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Agent to work in Hilversum or Tilburg (Netherlands), to work a minimum of 6 months - extendable

Requirements and day to day tasks for the Service Desk Agent role:

  • Must-Have Should know Dutch Language
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
  • Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
  • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local Workstation
  • Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software
  • Document internal procedures Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction
  • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
  • Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
  • Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
  • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local Workstation
  • Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software
  • Document internal procedures
  • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
  • Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.

Good-to-Have Knowledge in French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese (that is a not mandatory requirement).
