ServiceNow Developer - Hybrid (1 Day Onsite) - Dutch Speaking

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. In this hybrid position, you will work closely with stakeholders to design, build, and improve ServiceNow solutions that support business processes across the organisation. You will be involved in both ongoing platform development and new feature delivery.
This role requires someone who is confident translating requirements into high quality technical solutions, enjoys working in an Agile environment, and communicates effectively in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
• Develop custom scripts, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand functional and technical requirements.
• Ensure best practices for platform configuration, development, and security.
• Support platform upgrades, releases, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support where needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the ServiceNow environment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide updates on progress and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM required; ITOM, HRSD, or CSM are a bonus).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Scripting, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow configuration.
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) is highly desirable.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or relevant module certifications).
• Experience working in a hybrid environment.
• Knowledge of CMDB and Discovery.
• Background in consultancy or enterprise environments.
