Data Engineer Cribl (Contract/Permanent)

As we continue to expand our data infrastructure, we are seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Data Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data pipelines and infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration, transformation, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with a specific focus on Cribl.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines using Cribl.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions.
  • Optimize data infrastructure for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Develop and implement data quality and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on building and optimizing data pipelines.
  • Strong proficiency in Cribl, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (eg, AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (eg, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Project Details:

Location: Utrecht

Duration: 12 months followed by a permanent contract
