IT Operation Manager - Romania/Poland - 6+ Months (Contract)
Location: Poland Rate: competitive
 

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an IT Operation Manager for our global client in the FMCG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between technical product teams and operations support team.
  • Lead Release to Operations
  • Establish and review Incident, Problem & Configuration Change Management
  • Drive ongoing Service Improvement Plan
  • Ensure compliance with Access Management processes.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years' experience in global website management or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in establishing and operating IT Products and ITIL-based processes
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and ticketing systems
  • Strong understanding of website design, development, and release management
  • Experience with CMS, website analytics tools, and Martech

Contract Details:

  • Start: ASAP.
  • Duration: 6 months+
  • Location: Romania or Poland
  • Rate: Please let me know your expectations
