Salesforce Implementation Consultant

RED, on behalf of SAP are searching for strong Salesforce Implementation Consultant.

Position: Salesforce Implementation Consultant

Start: ASAP

Duration: end of 2024 + extension

Location: remote

Work: 8 h/day, 5 days/week

Language: English

The profile we are looking for needs:

  • Has experience in Agile projects, participated in and supported preparation and facilitation of the Agile ceremonies
  • Understand the Service concepts
  • Has experience in Service Cloud implementation and general Salesforce configuration
  • Has experience in DevOps tools used for code versioning, metadata retrieval and deployment.
  • Has experience with Jira or similar tools for project management, has experience in User Stories preparation, progress tracking and documentation.
  • Has experience with demonstrating the solutions (eg during sprint demos, workshops, and trainings)
  • Understands different types of tests (eg. QA, Regression, UAT, Smoke Test).
  • Has experience in the E2E project life cycle (inc. analysis, implementation, testing, training, rollout and hypercare).
  • Can support each of those activities and guide or supervise more junior colleagues.
  • Has experience with troubleshooting and support activities.
  • Has experience with Data Management tools and activities.
  • Knows SOQL.
