Join us as a Product Introduction Manager, and you'll be looking at a career-defining role based in San Francisco.

As a Product Introduction Manager, you will be responsible to manage the vehicle delivery, commissioning, modification and warranty and customer relations in the San Fransico area for the BART project as per the contractual requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage all field service activities related to the project specifically; vehicle and component delivery, commissioning, testing, warranty, fault investigations and modifications;

- Review, plan and schedule all daily site activities for testing, commissioning, modifications and warranty programskeeping the Core Management team and the site customer representatives aware of progress;

- Manage all activities and groups supporting the various PI activities such as material supplies, vendors, engineering tests, and customers concerns and supporting the warranty chargeback process;

- Ensure modifications are performed on the vehicles and completed on time and within the budgeted hours.

Qualifications

Key requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering, Masters degree will be considered as an asset;

- PEng certification will be considered as an asset;

- 5 years of experience in customer service and vehicle Maintenance Programs;

- Strong knowledge of Project Management processes;

- Solid professional experience working with engineering principles.
