In your role, you will:

Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place
Devise and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment
Design and analyze inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
Audit quality systems for deficiency identification and correction in accordance to AS 9100requirements
Conduct Quality Investigations to determine Root Cause Corrective Actions and Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
Coach and support operations and Quality personnel with requirements and methodology.
Based on detected non-conformance, prioritize and develop efficient corrective actions.
Ensure effective containment actions implemented.
Ensure acceptable FAI on product changes and new product.
Lead proactive and preventive initiatives

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

You have College degree in Engineering or Quality Assurance or equivalent
You have five (5) years experience in aerospace or technical field
You have experience with FMEA (Failure mode and effect analysis)
You have good communication skills, professional and able to work with minimum supervision
You have the ability to understand Bombardier technical requirements
You have knowledge and experience of ASME Y14.5M-1994 (GD&T)
You have experience with Catia V5
You have experience with fabrication and assembly techniques
You have experience with measurement equipment
You have knowledge of equipment processes such as ATP/FTP, SOCD, QTP/QTR etc.
You have experience with problem solving techniques
