IT Support Analyst (Full Time)

IT Support Analyst

Great opportunity to support a sharp corporate team working to minimize business interruptions.

In this great organization you will support the local office employee base and be a part of a larger international organization. You will provide installation, configuration, repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of desktop, laptop, printers, smart phones and other associated hardware and software. You will also assist in upgrades and help maintain company standards and procedures are followed. This will require some after hours support and light travel to other company locations. Excellent communication and customer service is necessary.

Excellent contract to hire opportunity, central Dunwoody location, great company culture.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of experience - IT Help Desk, IT Support Analyst or Network Administrator
  • Solid skills installing, configuring, upgrading and troubleshooting desktop and laptop systems
  • Microsoft Office 365, Windows, Active Directory, Outlook and Office experience
  • LAN connectivity
  • Demonstrated skills troubleshooting and resolving computer related issues and outages
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • A+, MCP or related certifications
  • Associates or Bachelors degree
