Join us as a Service Delivery Center Manager and you'll be looking at a career-defining role based in Houston, Texas.

As a Service Delivery Center Manager, you will provide overall leadership responsibility and accountability for the success of a Service Delivery Center (SDC).

Your responsibilities will include:

- Communicate strategic and functional visions to all SDC employees through supervisory staff.

- Identify and develop future talent within the SDC and encourage development of employees for other SDC.

- Engage entire team to develop strategic approach to Health, Safety and Environment.

- Maintain a professional business rapport with the customer to identify best solutions for asset management.

- Take accountability by seeking opportunities to present customer with ideas for improvement and increased income stream.

- Facilitate a good understanding of the SDC needs or customer requests in detail, for resolution.

- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

- Technical Degree in Engineering

- 7+ years of experience in operations and maintenance working with transit systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
