Administrative Support/Inside Sales Specialist (Full Time)

Location: Cleveland,OH Country: United States of America
 

Job Summary:

Position performs the business functions of the Center for Cognition and Recovery department and supports the work of the Chief Executive Officer and other staff. Acts as liaison in coordinating work processes which involve other departments and outside contacts.

Minimum Qualifications

Educational/Training Requirements:

High school diploma.
Business administration knowledge and principles of accounting normally gained through some college or technical training preferred.

Experience:

3-5 years administrative/secretarial experience and/or business experience in a related environment. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and accounting records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must have strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Outlook skills. CRM experience a plus.
Self-generator and self-starter
Knowledge of administrative processes, clerical procedures and systems such as, managing files and records, office terminology and equipment.
Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal direction, to work and communicate with other agency staff.
Knowledge of non-profit organization helpful.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills; comfortable responding to clients and business associates.
Strong detail orientation, and organizational skills.
Demonstrates motivation, reliability, flexibility and adaptability and commitment to team work.
Excellent time management skills; ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.
Good judgment and decision-making ability.
