Administrative Assistant (Contract)

Location: Hudson, OH Country: United States of America Rate: $17/hr
 

A business service company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a Full time position.

Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, transfer calls, and handle inquiries
  • Greet and direct visitors
  • General spreadsheets and reports
  • Photocopying, faxing, and filing documents
  • Distribute mail
  • Organize and maintain PDF files
  • Input Accounts Receivable on a daily basis

Qualifications:

  • Must have previous Administrative experience
  • Must be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must be detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Must have a professional phone presence
  • Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues

Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
