SailPoint Ops Service Engineer (Full Time)

Location: Irving Texas Country: United States of America Rate: $110 -120k base (depends on experience)
 

Prestigious Fortune 500 Company is seeking a new team member to administrate and support SailPoint IIQ products while managing a fully integrated, highly available application environment.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • > 5 years direct experience in IAM with IIQ 7.x, identity integrations, Active Directory, LDAP, ISAM, and other cloud/federated identity management systems
  • > 4 years direct experience with Java web application development and supporting various authentication protocols (LDAP, OAuth, Kerberos, SAML, etc.)
  • Solid experience with Scripting (VBScript, Javascript, Powershell) and SQL queries
  • Expertise on Solaris/Linux
  • Proficiency with cloud federation, SAML, sowing, patching, disaster recovery
  • Good verbal and written facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience to complete all job responsibilities (listed below)

Responsibilities:

  • Administration and support of SailPoint IIQ products
  • Utilize knowledge of Oracle databases and their interaction with the Solaris/Linux operating system to support our IDM platform
  • Review and support technical components for complex applications, monitoring of infrastructure components
  • Incident investigation, diagnosis and incident resolution
  • Administer and support Identity Manager products and Java language
  • Planning and executing ITIL activities for incidents, problems, changes and enhancements
  • Manage a fully integrated, highly available application environment
