Join us as a Fleet Performance Specialist and
you'll be looking at a career-defining role based in Los Angeles, California.

As a Fleet Performance Specialist, you will be
responsible for driving a high level of fleet reliability and maintenance optimization through
the development and introduction of processes and engineering practices. The incumbent
will also investigate new concepts and proven tools that will deliver higher reliability
and utilize KPI's to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.

higher level of reliability, optimize maintenance programs, lower cost, and
maintain the highest possible level of safety.

Make recommendations
and prepare commercial justifications for investments and or implementations.

Determine impact on
customer contract requirements and Federal regulations.

Review, design and
develop new and unique engineering methods and work practices/procedures,
identifying & evaluating special equipment, innovative test procedures,
perform risk/safety analysis and prepare detailed technical reports and
recommendations aimed at driving reliability.

Consider cost impact,
asset availability, safety, improved through-put, minimized down time and shop
efficiencies in addressing reliability issues.

Support the growth of
Services where possible through ways and means that include proposal support,
identifying opportunities for improved productivity, reducing cost, creative
maintenance approaches, optimizing maintenance, improving asset utilization and
reducing our overall product costs.

Basic Qualifications:

- High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience in fleet management conducting fleet performance analysis and maintenance techniques OR
- Associate degree in a technical field with 3+ years of experience in fleet management conducting fleet performance analysis and maintenance techniques OR
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 1 or more years of experience in fleet management conducting fleet performance analysis and maintenance techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in condition base maintenance (CBM) or life cycle management (LCM)
- Experience as a Locomotive Technician or Electrical Maintenance.
