Business Development Associate (inside sales) (Full Time)

Location: Charlotte North Carolina Country: United States of America Rate: 40K Annally + Commission
 

JobServe has opened offices in Charlotte, NC and is looking for a Business Development Associate (inside sales) to join our highly successful sales team.

Joining the Team

We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to be part of our expansion. Individuals will focus on driving our revenue through selling advertising packages on our websites. Associates will receive a base salary and participate in a generous commission plan. When you join the JobServe team, you'll receive full product and service training, and grow in an inside selling environment.

We are looking to add someone who responds to client needs and who is excited by exceeding goals. Previous experience within a recruitment, or telesales environment is an advantage, but not a requirement. If you are confident, commercially astute, and computer literate with the personality to succeed within a dynamic Internet company, you have certainly got what it takes to be successful with JobServe.

Responsibilities

Generate, sell, negotiate, close and secure new business opportunities and achieve the revenue target set by Sales Management.

Identify and attract new clients by using cold calling techniques and utilizing our database of qualified leads.

Write professional sales proposals and presentations.

Job Requirements

Good attitude, fun loving

Strong online presentation skills

Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Excellent communication skills; verbal as well as written

Must be comfortable in or eager to learn an Inside Sales role
