Customer Success Analyst (Full Time)

Location: New York, NY Country: United States of America Rate: $100k-$125k
 

Our client is a 10-year-old FinTech company dedicated to reducing the costs of trading. They are building a market-leading, cloud-based platform that gives derivatives users the ability to discover hidden opportunities to enhance returns. The company has been on the cutting edge of market structure change since its inception and has made several reputable listings over the years - The European Fintech50, The Global Fintech 250 and listed by the Financial News as one of the top new companies.

They have built a global client base consisting of the world's leading financial institutions across clearing houses, banks and buy-side firms (hedge funds, asset managers and pension funds). Due to rapid growth over the last 12 months, they are adding a Customer Success Analyst for the New York office in order to continue to expand its US sales effort

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help its clients make the most of the company SaaS platform
    • Every day, you will ensure that its trading, risk and treasury users can run their business and make optimal trading decisions using their analytics.
    • You will build up the skills to solve business and technical problems directly for their clients.
    • You will ensure that the platform and API services are running smoothly and work with its dev team to build the tools required by our Customer Success team, such as health checks and alerts.
  • Manage the business operations (proof of concepts and client onboarding)
    • You will play a direct role in helping our clients/prospects get up and running on the platform, creating their user profiles, mapping their data, ensuring correct analytics and setting up the relevant business functionality.
    • They pride themselves on speed and quality of execution and you will be a direct contributor to this process, while being given the opportunity to understand how traders, risk and treasury managers use its analytics to run their business.
    • You will work directly with different areas of the business and be the main link between sales and development.

Requirements:
  • Graduated from one of the Top Universities with a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Math or Finance
  • Initial work experience in a bank/hedge fund/asset manager/software vendor
  • A proactive mind-set and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and numerical skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
