We have an exciting proposition for a talented User Acquisition Marketeer to join an award-winning EdTech organisation. This company is reinventing children's media for the mobile generation, as they create their own original content for their educational games and videos for children age 3-7.

Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be responsible for growing their user acquisition base and be at the forefront of their ambitious growth plans as they launch a new TV programme later this summer and expand their portfolio.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and scaling their global performance marketing strategy across their portfolio.
  • Efficiently managing the budget, spends and bids whilst optimising targeting, creative and messaging.
  • Building reports and analytical models to identify campaign optimization and improve ROAS.
  • Account management of Facebook, Google, Mobile Networks etc.
  • Managing relationships with 3rd party analytics and attribution partners and communication of new technologies/updates to key stakeholders.
  • Working with the CRM Manager define the spec, integrate and manage the cross promotional tool.
  • Supporting the CMO to grow the Marketing function in New York and liaising with the London team.

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience generating growth marketing strategies in a subscription based, mobile app business.
  • A creative and innovative approach to drive a start-up forward.
  • Experience using analytical tools including: Leanplum and Mixpanel.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
