HR Manager - Manfacturing (Full Time)

Location: Elizabethtown, Kentucky Country: United States of America Rate: $80-90K + Bonus
 

*Roughly 45 minutes from Elizabethtown, KY*

Recent start-up facility for a $250MM+ division of an industry leading corporation is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead all site HR functions enabling the site's continued rapid growth. Currently, this site is around 120 employees and looking to double in size by end end of 2021, with the goal of being their largest facility by the end of 2022.

The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, etc. Hiring, recruiting, and onboarding is a big initiative for the next 12-18 months as this facility grows to full capacity. This person will have 1 direct report (HR Coordinator) and they might add an HR Generalist in the future once the plant is 250-300 people.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Manufacturing background required
  • Self-driven and can lead all HR responsibilities for a plant
  • Strong recruitment and talent management background
  • Start-up or plant expansion is a big plus

Compensation: $80-90K + Bonus
