Cloud Systems Manager (Full Time)

Location: Suwanee Georgia Country: United States of America Rate: 110k per year

The Cloud Systems Manager is responsible for managing, monitoring and planning strategy for all cloud and on premises systems.

The position will ensure system availability, scalability and resilience to meet company goals and standards. In addition, this role will work closely with security and support teams to make sure all configurations and methods comply with needed protocols. In order to support all areas of the business, this individual will work with management to ensure systems can handle long term growth needs.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience with multiple cloud vendors (Azure, Amazon, etc.)

  • Window Server 2012 and 2016 administration

  • Experience with troubleshooting windows server and networking issues

  • Background in supporting MS SQL database Servers (non DBA)

  • Windows and Linux Server operating system experience

  • Network protocol knowledge

  • Experience with planning for growth models

  • Ability to work with support teams (internal and external) to Remedy problems

  • General knowledge of security protocols and methods

  • Experience optimizing workloads across multiple environments

  • Experience within highly regulated environments

  • Background in back/DR planning and execution

  • Demonstrates effective customer service skills

  • Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills (email, face to face and over the phone)

  • Works with people beyond giving and receiving instructions, maintaining effective working relationships

  • Attention to detail

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline plus industry certifications
