Network Analyst (Full Time)

POSITION SNAPSHOT: The Network Analyst will be joining a team of IT professionals that will the client's network and voice systems are efficient and available.

Provide support for the network.
Provide for communication environments.
Provide excellent user support analyze - hardware and software functional needs.
Maintain network and core technologies.
Responsible for performance monitoring, analysis and reporting.
Follow all change management requirements and make recommendations for enhancements.
Implement new software releases, preventative maintenance and problem fixes.
Generate and analyze network and system performance, and usage reports.
Resolve network and system-related issues, document issues and resolution.
Responsible for back-up and recovery procedures and documentation.
New technology assessment/research, test and recommend.
Ensure security practices/compliance.
Detailed documentation/reports of all tasks and procedures.
Participate in disaster recovery tests.
Mentor and train staff.
Provide technical support to staff and work with vendors.

Degree candidate preferred.
4+ years experience working in networking environments voice/data.
2+ years of Cisco ISE and DNA.
Experience installing, customizing and maintaining networks.
Experience with Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPNs, voice/data security controls and disaster recovery.
Certification preferred: CCNA or MCSE.
Strong communication skills.
Some off hours work required.
Technical: HP, Cisco, Microsoft, and/or Linux-based technologies.

Self starter, detail oriented, analytical.
Able to work independently or with a team.
Strong work ethic.
