QA CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST

Join us as a QA Continous Improvement Specialist and you'll be looking at a career-defining role based in Camden.

As a QA Continous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of Quality Control efforts. This includes the establishment of a quality culture in all areas of the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinates and supports Management in implementing quality control programs. Will also actively lead certain quality control efforts as directed by the General Manager;
- Ensure that QC documentation is maintained and reviews controlled documentation for quality and regulatory impact as required by the Quality Management System and internal customers;
- Responsible for assuring that corrective/preventive actions are established, tracked and trended and that root cause elimination is completed for identified issues by appropriate function.

Qualifications

Key requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field;
- You have five (5) years relevant work experience;
- Familiar with ISO;
- Rail experience an asset;
- English perfectly spoken and written. Any other language would be a plus.
