Description

The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee and supervise a shift of employees that provide customer service to the public on trains and in stations. Advises the operations center about events that affect revenue service and to communicate clear and effective directions to customer service personnel. Responsible to evaluate, coach and develop employees to ensure they are competent and have an maintain required skills. Participate in site briefings, provide accurate and complete documentation about events that affect revenue service. Train, qualify and certify employees to perform job tasks proficiently and safely. Communicate, train and enforce safety rules, standards and procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma. Associate's degree preferred and 2 years of supervisory experience in a union environment or successful completion of the Customer Service Lead Tech requirements. Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Applications.
