The job focus is to ensure client satisfaction and retention through the timely and successful implementation of company's HCM workforce management solutions that include HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Recruitment, etc.
Responsibilities:

Successfully onboard new clients using our proven Implementation Methodology.

Coordinate and communicate with internal project team and client.

Properly plan and manage individual tasks and deliverables.

Provide exceptional service to client throughout project.

Build strong relationships with client and vendors.

Provide solutions for issues.

Provide overview and training of products.
Job Requirements:

1+ years of HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor, Accounting, Finance, ERP software implementation or consulting experience.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Excellent writing skills and attention to details.
-
Passionate about customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain a positive and energized attitude.
-
Work well in a team environment.
-
Effective relationship building and management skills that create client trust.
-
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
-
Minimal travel.
