Join us as a Field Service Engineer and you'll be
looking at a career-defining role based at our Camden, NJ site.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be
responsible for providing technical support to the Light Rail Vehicle (LRV)
Maintenance Department by analyzing component failures, determining root cause
analysis for LRV equipment failures, and developing improvements to existing
equipment designs to increase LRV On Time Performance and to minimize unscheduled
downtime for the River Line fleet of LRV's.


Support the contract administration department in forecasting costs for
LRV component overhauls and component replacements, preparing specifications
for new components or approving alternate components from OEM and Non- OEM

Manage the life cycle of specific equipment. This includes development of
specific overhaul programs and the management of that overhaul program.

Assist the contract administration & purchasing departments as well
as the storeroom with scheduling of component replacements, cost for component
replacements and technical knowledge in contract negotiations, parts
procurements and to assist in the inspection of critical parts.

Support the Superintendent of Maintenance, the Lead Field Service Engineer
and the Supervisor of LRV Maintenance with failure analyses and nonconforming
parts dispositions, component overhauls and replacement.

Act as a support for the Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor and staff by providing
technical analysis and troubleshooting assistance.

Prepare Permanent Change and Temporary Change Authorizations by
developing the necessary documents and drawings, also preparing updates to
equipment manuals and other controlled documents as changes are made.

Exhibit excellent
interpersonal, and communication skills.


Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's
degree in Engineering and 3+ years of heavy industry maintenance experience including reviewing
engineering drawings and writing technical reports and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience
in the transportation industry (Rail or Automotive)
