Wickett Behavioral Solutions is looking for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! Pay range for this position is $20 - $24/hour based on training and credentials. RBT certification is required OR 40-hour training completed with willingness to certify.

• Pay Range(s): $20 - $22/hour (40-hour training completed; no RBT certification); $23 - $24/hour (40-hour training completed; valid RBT certification)

• Full-Time: 30+ hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-school and/or in-home.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have RBT certification OR have 40-hour RBT training completion certificate and be willing to receive BCBA supervision to take the RBT certification test.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children.

• Ability to pass background check.

• Valid (non-expired) Driver's License, automobile insurance, and willingness to travel locally.

Candidates without 40-hour RBT training or RBT certification will not be considered.

Valid driver's license and insurance required - no exceptions.
