DescriptionThe Creative Group is partnering with a manufacturing company in need of a Product Marketing Associate.Essential Functions & Responsibilities1. Responsible for the coordination of internal and external communications. Write, edit and proofread engaging copy for internal and external corporate communications, and other marketing mediums, including video scripts, print/flyer advertisements, and web content.2. Work with Product Management and Operations manager for new product launch and product optimization initiatives3. Effectively utilize technical data and test results to identify marketing content, features, benefits, and a "go-to market" story4. Manage product information details with some technical writing when necessary5. Collaborate with Product and Marketing to develop compelling product advantage stories6. Justify launch plan tactics through an understanding of segment initiatives, production timelines and existing national and regional marketing campaigns7. Create and evolve existing sales materials that appropriately connect product positioning to customer segments; push for relevance and meaning across all customer touchpoints8. Communicate regularly to sales with updates on product-related content9. Translate value propositions into creative and unique sales materials, including brochures, web copy, thought leadership, direct email and social campaigns, video, presentations, and sales training materials.10. Support downstream go to market efforts for product commercialization to build product awareness and develop assets that drive adoption11. Responsible for all product launch strategies and execution from conception to launchQualifications and Competencies (education, experience, skills)To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Highly organized, nimble, and quick to identify solutions when challenges arise. Strong cross-functional team skills with demonstrated ability to effectively utilize internal resources to meet project deadlines and objectives Ability to handle multiple marketing projects at once and drive individual projects to completion on time to meet business needs Knowledgeable in CRM systems (SAP) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Internet and email.
