Colonial transports approximately 45 percent of all fuel consumed on the East Coast, providing refined products to more than 50 million Americans.*About the Director of Asset Integrity Position*As the Director of Asset Integrity, you are responsible for the integrity of assets through a risk reducing and regulatory compliant Integrity Management Program. You will ensure the integrity of pipeline assets through safe, prudent, efficient, and effective engineering standards for assessment, repair, metallurgy, hydraulics, and cathodic protection. You will lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of the inspection and testing programs for line pipe and appurtenances along with cathodic protection systems. You are someone who understands pipeline company operations, assets, and maintenance activities. As Director, you will interface with Growth and Operational projects with the expectation to maintain strategic long-term application of the Integrity Management Program. You will interface with industry peers on pipeline integrity related regulatory impacts and R&D initiatives.*What You Get to Do:*+ Lead the efforts to analyze and integrate data resulting from the integrity management preventive and mitigative programs to lead improvements and minimize negative trends.+ Work with the other Engineering Managers on reliability solutions, asset data and risk management, field implementation, and the Director, ROW & Land Management to assure Damage Prevention Programs are compliant, managed, and maintained effectively.+ Direct assigned activities to ensure that team functional responsibilities are performed in accordance with corporate strategic objectives, industry standards, and customer expectations.+ Direct the management and implementation of the System Integrity Program Management (SIPM) initiatives including the 5-yr strategic planning, annual work plan development, budgeting, project challenging, approval processes, and forecasting.+ Manage functional process responsibilities including, organizational structure requirements, personnel position descriptions and development, the strategy and philosophy for operation and administration, and contractual obligations+ Serve as Element Owner for Asset Integrity for Colonial's Safety Management System in alignment with RP1173. Ensure continuous improvement to increase SMS maturity.+ Lead employees through goal development, performance management, workflow processes, standards, procedures, specifications, safety protocols, in addition to building and influence management to affect improvement with communication.*What You Bring to the Table:*+ Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited college or university; will consider a combination of experience and/or education.+ Ideally, 15+ years in Oil/Gas Integrity Management and/or Engineering.+ Strong knowledge and competency in analytics processes, procedures and applications.+ Experience with Enterprise Asset Management+ Experience developing and driving corporate strategic initiatives to include KPIs and trend analyses.+ Technical understanding of the pipeline industry standards and practices.+ Skilled in Engineering Design, Failure and Repair Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.+ Strong strategic planning, budgeting and business acumen, an innovative thinker, customer focused and results focused.+ Obsession with safety and continually elevating standards through personal integrity, respect, innovation, and teamwork.+ Self-motivated, have phenomenal work ethic and looking for the right company to support your growth.*Got Extra to Bring?*+ Masters in an Engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.+ Ideally, 10+ years of pipeline industry experience.+ Professional Certification (P.E., PMP, etc.)+ Experience with Enterprise Risk Management.*Advantages of Working at Colonial Pipeline Company:*Prosperity, Health, Wellness, and Happiness - Check out Colonial's Total Rewards at*Are you up to the challenge?
