We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional to join the Wealth Advisory team at Campbell Wealth Management. Our firm is fast growing with almost $100MM in new assets brought in, organically, in 2019. We currently manage about $620MM and we are looking for someone who is looking to grow with us.

This is the ideal role for a CFP professional who is comfortable with new client onboarding/acquisition but does not want to have to market or find leads. The firm has a healthy lead flow through its educational seminar programs to consumers and CPA's. The wealth advisor is responsible for the initial financial planning and onboarding of clients but does not have to do any ongoing service or prospecting work. This is a good position for the planner who does not want to get into the weeds of daily client management.

  • Ability to learn and execute Campbell Wealth Management's Right on Retirement process
  • Comfortable selling clients age 55+ on the benefits of working with Campbell Wealth
  • Initial financial planning for prospective clients of the firm

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 5+ years' experience in client-facing, financial planning roles
  • CFP certification or recently passed test
  • Series 7 License 65/66, preferred

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
