CSE is an event based business bringing high school players together for skill and performance testing and an evaluation by college coaches. Our purpose is to provide a qualified, trusted answer to the large, underserved market of families with high school aged athletes aspiring to play their sport in college and unable to determine their college level fit.

We have an opening for a motivated, reliable and energetic Regional Event Director who will build trusting relationships to engage college, high school and club coaches with the objective to conduct 15-20 annual evaluation events within your designated region.

If you are the ideal candidate, you love baseball and have a deep desire for a career in baseball. You can multi-task with attention to every detail. You are a self-starter and have excellent communication skills. You enjoy meeting new people, introducing yourself and will learn to skillfully tell the CSE story and generate participation and interest in what we offer.
